AKC Trial Plan Eligibility

Eligibility criteria for the Complimentary 60-Day Trial AKC Pet Healthcare Plan:

• Available only to dogs under 9 years of age.
• The trial plan must be activated within 28 days of the AKC registration certificate issued date.
• For newly registered AKC dogs resident in the United States, not available in New York.
• Only 1 trial plan per dog.
