The Accident Plus Plan - your pet's "In Case of an Emergency" plan

Our Accident Plus Plan covers just that - accidents, PLUS a whole lot more!
Pets get into scrapes, their curious natures lead them into trouble, and things just happen to them despite the best of intentions. Accidents happen, however careful we try to be! Examples include bee stings, snake and spider bites, poisoning, bite wounds and burns - these are all common claims we see from thousands of customers every year.

Which pets are eligible?

Great news! With the Accident Plus Plan, any dog or cat may be enrolled as long as they are 8 weeks old for dogs or 10 weeks old for cats. There is no upper age limit to enroll your pet or to continue coverage. All types of dogs and cats are accepted whether pure bred or mixed breed, registered or unregistered.

What accidents are covered?
Accidents and injuries arising from the following incidents are covered:

• Motor Vehicle/Hit by Car Accidents
• Bone Fractures
• Poison Ingestion
• Foreign Body Ingestion surgery or endoscopy
• Lacerations and Bite Wounds
• Burns
• Insect Bite and Snake Bite allergic reactions
• Accidental Choking or Drowning
• Head Trauma

What Accident treatment is covered?

• Veterinary Services & Surgical Procedures
• Prescription Medications
• Diagnostic & Laboratory Tests
• X-Rays, CT Scans and MRIs
• Hospitalization
• Emergency Visits
• Specialist Visits

What are the coverage limits?
The Accident Plus Plan offers up to $8,000 annual coverage ($2,000 per incident). It has a $75 per incident deductible and a 10% co-insurance. Coverage starts on Day 1 for the accidents listed above.
